Well, you may be right but they encountered the specifics of this pathogen

firsthand and we all no how forthcoming they are about anything that would shine a light on the parties shortcomings. Granted this got out of control quickly for them but c'mon what's the job of their health dept that would allow the kinds of things we're hearing about (open air exotic animal slaughter houses). The blame game is irrelevant, but this is clearly on them.
